Scene What the audience will see What is being set up in the story Emotional response 1 A man is singing on a stage, a large audience is cheering in front jumping etc. The man on stage is the main character whose story in the video is going to be related to the lyrics. They will feel intrigued as to what the man will do next. 2 The man Is in a car driving away from his home and family they are seen behind him as he drives away. It is his first step in leaving everyone and everything behind. It will lead to him to leaving the planet and finally being happy. The audience will feel sadness at this point as he has left his loved ones behind. 3 The man is still singing as the lyrics “So thin I get high” the man begins to float in the air off of the stage as he looks up to the sky ignoring the audience. It shows that the Man singing feels apart from the other people and also the world. ...
Post 1: Ideas Generation
The song I have decided to use from the selection given is "The All Seeing Eye - 1st Man In Space" The audience that this song and animation will be targeted towards is people in their late teens and just becoming adults more specifically 16-20 year olds as I think this is a relatable story for them as although they do not likely have a family and kids as the song suggests but they do still have families and friends that they will have to leave when they move out of their parents home. I selected this song as it is the one that I can visualise as a stop-motion the most clearly. My first idea for a stop-motion related to this song is for the first part of the song starting from 00:00 and concluding 01:00 to act as a metaphor for a young adult who lives on a rough street leaving home to make something of himself on some kind of deal with a large company or corporation. This will be inline with the lyric "it was a chance I could not pass upon". The main charact...
